Fixed furniture is built to your drawings and has to fit the building. The factory prepares shop drawings and a material list, and nothing goes into production until you have signed them off.
Allow one to two months after the deposit for drawings, material lists and finish samples, going back and forth until you sign off.
We provide detailed drawings and instructions for installation. We do not normally send staff to site.
Joinery made with hardwood plywood, MDF or particleboard must be TSCA Title VI compliant and labelled.
What the quotation shows. Per line: item, specification, materials, fabric and finish, dimensions, unit price, quantity, packing and lead time — like-for-like against your spec, any substitution flagged.
