A leather sectional, timber dining chairs and aluminium outdoor furniture for a new residence in Australia
The furniture package of a 2018 new-build order: a leather sectional sofa, timber-frame dining chairs and powder-coated aluminium outdoor pieces, chosen in showrooms, checked by our team and shipped in two 40HQ containers with the rest of the order.
Furniture chosen in person, then traced to the maker
This 2018 order for a new residence in Australia ran across more than ten product groups and shipped in two 40HQ containers. This page covers its furniture: a leather sectional sofa, timber-frame dining chairs, and outdoor pieces in teak and powder-coated aluminium. The rest of the order was building materials and fittings, which the furniture site does not cover.
The client came to China and walked the furniture showrooms with our team, confirming each piece in person instead of choosing from photos. After that, every confirmed piece was traced back to the factory that makes it, and our team agreed the order and export packing with each factory.

From showroom visit to loaded container
01
Pieces confirmed in the showroom
The client and our team went through furniture showrooms together, so each piece was chosen after being seen and handled in person.
02
Traced to the factory
For each chosen piece we found the factory that makes it, then agreed the order and export packing with that factory.
03
One inspection after bulk production
When bulk production was finished, our own team inspected the furniture once before shipment against the confirmed pieces, and any defective piece was rejected at the factory. Clients are welcome to join this inspection.
04
Wrapped and loaded
Furniture was wrapped with corner protection and loaded into the two 40HQ containers together with the rest of the order.
What this approach gave the client
Choosing pieces in person and then ordering from the factory behind the showroom meant the client knew what each piece looked and felt like before it was made, and the inspection photos could be checked against something they had already seen.
Our approach to outdoor pieces is on our outdoor furniture page, and residential projects are covered on our apartment furniture page.
